When the ignition is switched on to start the engine and the Air-Conditioner is turned on, the Vacuum Actuator will adjust the rotary speed of engine to 60-100 RPM for the purpose of protecting the compressor. When the Air-Conditioner is turned off, the rotary speed will return back to normal.
