LEO 提供 24 個高速乙太網路埠、 2 個超高速乙太網路埠，及 2 個專屬堆疊埠。不使用堆疊功能時，可提供 4 個超高速乙太網路埠。支援 TBI/GMII/MII/SMII/S3MII 等多種介面並使用 0.18 m m CMOS 製程製造之高效能、低功率之多層次智慧型高速乙太網路交換器單晶片。內部交換頻寬為 32Gbps 。內建 32 位元中央處理器及 4Mbit 交換器緩衝記憶體、及 8192 欄的位址表此系列並整合 CPU 及記憶體，提供多延展樹 (Multiple Spanning Tree) 、虛擬網路 (Virtual LAN) 、連結聚合 (Link Aggregation) 以及網路第四層 (Layer 4) 的分類處理及計費功能。全方位的智慧型網管軟體可滿足客戶更多重的應用需求，成功且迅速的將產品推廣至市場。
