Printing
Printing machines are used to decorate the CD & DVD disc. The discs are received from molding on spindle containing 125 discs each. The printing machine loads each disc on a round turntable and holds it in place by creating a vacuum under the disc. This along with the extremely tight tolerances of the turn table ensure an accurate registration between each color. The screen is placed in one of up to six print stations on each printing machine. Once the screen is placed into the machine the appropriate PMS color is added.

Offset Printing:
Offset printing discs are printed at a much higher resolution than the traditional silk screening, thereby allowing your disc image to contain much more detailed images giving you a truly photographic quality printing.

Silk Screen Printing:
Screen Printing is the process of applying UV inks in a variety of patterns and colors to the lacquer surface of a CD/DVD.Spot color (Pantone Matching System) and Process color (CMYK) printing inks are utilized.Our screen presses are integrated with visual inspection systems to ensure the consistent quality of your artwork
