本公司以3R︰Reduce (減少廢棄物)、Reuse(再利用)及Recycle(回收再生)為目標，針對事業廢棄物之特性，特別是石化類廢棄物，研發廢棄物資源回收以及廢棄物減量方法，處理、回收等層面的新技術，以期能達到資源回收再利用之目的。祥益材料科技公司目前在台灣地區已有台灣中油公司、台灣電力公司、台塑石化及南亞塑膠公司等知名大廠之委托處理業績，每年回收處理高達十萬公頓以上之石化廠廢棄物。

本公司具有先進的技術，能處理石化廢觸媒，從中提鍊五氧化二釩、偏釩酸銨、三氧化鉬、鉬酸等，已達到減少廢棄物、資源再生回收、再利用的目標，為地球環境的永續經營盡力。

Shine-e Materials Technology Co.,Ltd. mainly engages in recycling, utilizing and regenerating industrial wastes. We fulfill the 3 R policies (reduce, reuse and recycle) and focus on the characteristics of industrial waste, such as petrochemical in order to undertake research to advance recycling and regenerating technology.

Over the past ten years Shine-e has been dealing with industrial wastes more than 120,000 tons every year in the Taiwan area. For example, we assist the number of companies to deal with industrial wastes, namely Chinese Petroleum Corporation (CPC), Taiwan Power Company, AUO Optronics Corporation, Chi-Mei Corporation, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation Limited (TSMC) and UMC.

Our company has already been developed and established steadily for many years. In addition, we commence making efforts to internationalize our management strategies as well as seeking global cooperative partners to raise industrial production, together with improving any competitive conditions
