1. Five points vertical toggle mechanism.
2. Low pressure resistance, low noise hydraulic loop founded with YUKEN (Japan) hydraulic
valves and NEURON (Japan) logic loop manifold blocks - Provides short response time and
stable injection process.
3. Injection position, mold open/close and ejector stroke are controlled by three separated
precision linear motion transducers importing from Europe.
4. 24 hours nozzle constant temperature device - Maintain the melted material at constant
temperature, to prevent it from overheating or under cooling.
5. Standard T-slot platen design is applied to all ranges of machines - Enable mold fitting with
ease, help to provide both mold and platen long life span, low maintenance cost and time
saving in maintenance, filling up, and change of production.
6. Six poles pump driving motor with more driving force less noise.
7. Use-friendly interface, LCD Microcomputer Controller available in selection of
multi-languages.
8. PID barrel temperature control.
9. High-speed mold close driven by differential hydraulic loop.
10. Advanced control systems, such as injection compression, stress relief system and energy
saving system are available upon request.
