本鍋爐熱媒油加熱系統之設計,採用先經火燄之餘溫預熱,再經吸熱盤吸取火燄溫度,最後由高溫火燄快速加熱,熱媒油在高溫火燄區停留時間非常短,且加熱管及吸熱盤之設計週詳流速適當,壓降很小,熱媒油不會有停滯在爐內之情況及亂流之現象。 |

本鍋爐之特點: |

熱油不易造成過熱,影響熱媒油品質,可延長熱媒油使用壽命。
|
|
|
2. |
熱媒油不易停滯在爐內,造成爐內結碳現象,減少熱交換器堵塞之現象。
|
|
|
3. |
爐內加熱管採可伸縮性設計,一端固定,另一端活動,由於熱漲冷縮,加熱管不會斷裂,對非全天性操作之鍋爐,不會造成金屬疲乏。
|
|
|
4. |
爐內採吸熱盤之設計,煙囪排氣溫度低,有效提高鍋爐燃燒效率。
|
|
|
5. |
燃燒機火燄溫度之利用率高,減少燃燒機點火次數,故然燒機故障率低,節省燃料油。

|
6. |
爐體有觀火口之設計,可觀察爐內火燄之情況,保持最佳狀況。
|
|
|
7. |
爐體有活動式門之設計,降低爐內清洗及保養之次數與時數。
|
|
|
8. |
由於爐體壓降很小,降低熱媒油供應泵浦馬達之負荷,節省運轉電力。
|

|
9. |
熱媒泵浦及馬達和接軸器,都經電腦動力平衡校正,所以泵浦運轉時無震動及無聲,可延長泵浦壽命。

The design of this boiler built with warmed kerosene heating system refers to the pre-heating to be effected by means of the remanent temperature of flame and the flame temperature to be absorbed by heat-absorbing disc, and in final, to use high temperature flame to accelerate combustion in this case, the down-time of warmed kerosene in the high temperature zone is very short. More-over, owing to thoughtful design of heating pipe and heat-absorbing disc, the flow speed of warmed kerosene is very adequate and aptitude the results in a little pressure droppage and short down-time of kerosene in oven, even free of this divergent kerosene flow. |

The features of this Boiler |

Warmed kerosene would not be easy to produce high temperature so to let its quality not being jeapodized; thu the service life of warmed kerosene can be extended. |

(2) |
As warmed kerosene would not be kept in oven to condense into solid substances, the instance of block in heat-exchanger could be eleminated. |
|

(3) |
As the heating pipe in the oven is reflexible, its one end is fixed and another end is active. According to the substance property----expansion in the presence of heating temperature and shrinkage to happen under the low temperature condition. The heating pipe would not break. And if the boiler is not operated round-the-clock, no fact of metal fatigue would appear. |

As the oven is built with a heat-absorbing disc, the chimney would have low temperature in operation so to effectively lift up the combustion efficiency in oven. |

Higher utilization rate of the flame temperature can be achieved in combustion unit so that the ignition frequency in the combustion unit can be cut down; consequently, the bug rate in combustion unit would be low and fuel be saved a lot. |

The oven is also built with a flame sight, window through which the combustion status can be visualized so to keep a best combustion condition easily. |

Additionally, the oven is equipped with a sliding door that can cut down the frequency and down-time both in cleaning and maintenance practice. |

As a little pressure droppage in boiler, the load of pump motor in supply of kerosenewould be greatly reduced and much power would be saved in motor operation. |

As the warmed kerosene supply motor and shaft adapter are calibrated for power balance with computer, the motor would not vibrate nor make noise in its operation; so a longer service life of the pump can be expected. |
