螺旋循環式冷卻輪、熱媒輪：
可用一般鋼管或用合金鋼製造，
適合壓光、壓紋、熱熔使用。PVC膠皮業、膠帶業、塑膠押出業‧‧‧等，
表面可作一般處理或鏡面處理，四米長，冷、熱表面溫度可控制在 2 o C左右

To be made of steel alloy or steel tube, and with an advantage of an even and constant temperature through roll body surface , it is very suitable for the application of polish-ironing, melt-ironing ,embossing, PVC film lamination, adhesive tape, plastic film extrusion,...etc. Temperature variation is within range of 2 o C on the 4 meters long roll.

熱媒循環鑽孔輪：
合金鋼調質，中週波處理，表面硬度HRC54o -58 o，深5m/m，
適合橡膠、PVC薄膜、壓延、布類壓光使用；不織布熱熔，橡膠磁鐵，
鎳氫電池業‧‧‧等，廠裡若有熱媒鍋爐，不需用電加熱，
可節約能源。若精度要求可作加熱研磨，精度可達0.005m/m以內，
表面鏡面處理Ra0.02m/m以內，長度四米長溫度可控制在 2 o C左右
Thermal-fluid circulation type hole drilled roll
Made of steel alloy, with high grinding accuracy, treatment of mirror polishing and hardening of surface, it makes the hardness of roll surface up to HRC54o - 58 o with deepness of 5mm. To be connected with steam boiler by using steam as thermal agent for saving energy , it can be used in the fields like rubber or PVC film calendering or cloth polishing . Under special request for accuracy, it could be treated with heat grinding to make the range within 0.005mm , and with mirror treatment of Ra0.02mm . Temperature variation is within range of 2 o C on the 4 meters long roll.
