All connections refer to the BDT Quick Coupling System (connectors supplied). All gas or liquid connections are on the back side of the CPU and are terminated by BDT quick couplings in the specified size. The connection from BDT machines (CPU or FRU) to the installation lines (tanks, air, water etc.) in the factory must be made by flexible hoses (contained in scope of delivery)

Process 2-stage alkaline catalyzed transesterification; final treatment of the methyl ester by removal of methanol, neutralization and removal of alkalines and water
By the use of suitable raw materials the produced methyl ester can meet all parameters of EN14214 in all parameters influenced or generated by this process.

The Standard Processing Capacity (SPC) - BDT Definition
The SPC for CPU1000 is 1.000 liters oil / h (tolerance + 5%)
Conditions:
• Standard BDT Process (see below)
• rape seed oil meeting the standards for Raw Materials (see above), ~ 50°C at CPU IN
• oil processed at ~ 55°C in CPU
• static mixer pressure at factory settings
• CPU must be properly installed and connected to the external lines, all supplies and discharges must be in operable conditions according specs
• CPU must be operated using the standard BDT Process and all process parameters must be within the correct range
• compressed air supply permanently >7 bar at 2´ connector on CPU during operation
• stable supply of electricity
• >18°C - 45 < 55

Typically Needed Staff and Qualifications
1. Plant Manager: the “practical boss” of such factory should be able to understand the subject as technician and as administrator; must speak/write English language to be able to communicate with our technicians

Plant chemist: needs basics in oleochemistry, practical lab-work and should be a “hands– on” person in order to be able to work practically with the machines in terms of process adjustments, optimization and trouble shooting; should speak/write English language to be able to communicate with our technicians

3. specializations are needed: mechanical and electrical/electronical; should speak/write English language to be able to communicate with our technicians

4. Operators: good workers
to be trained by the above staff
