The basic needed materials for the renewal application for AQSIQ licence:
1、The complete printed form（must be signed on the one printed out from AQSIQ on-line system;)
2、Notarized document of commercial registration and tax return/registration document, either of which must contain 3 items:company's name, legal representative person, business registration address(if any changed and diffirent from what has been filled in AQSIQ system, you must change accordingly firstly), and these notarized papers must be translated into Chinese in the completely same format of the original format of commercial registration and tax return/registration document;
3、Floor plan of the permanent office and processing plant with photos (more than 8 photos) that can display the overall actual view of the places
4、Copy of the original "AQSIQ License";
5、1~3 copy of the CCIC certificate for each year (within 3 year) for each registered type of scrap materials on the license, if you don't export a kind in a certain year, state the reasons for not shipping specific types of scrap materials as registered on the license.
6.Color scan copy of your ISO:9001 certificate and Chinese translation.(if you don't have then no need to provide)
7.Pictures of radioactive detector.
8.If you have changed office place or company's name or legal representative's name, you must also apply for changing items before renewal application
9.Your latest password of AQSIQ on-line system.
