Advanced Product Quality Planning & Control is used at all levels of product development & manufacturing. Our in-house engineers have adopted APQPC and Failure Mode Effect Analysis to help develop products suitable & easier for production manufacturing & quality control procedures.

Song Chuan also has extensive testing laboratories to help with customer applications and the many reliability tests that are required for approvals. Song Chuan produces the majority of their metal & plastic parts that are used in their relay assemblies and production. We also build the dies & molds that produce these metal & plastic parts that are designed by our engineering teams in Taiwan.

Song Chuan clean room production facilities are uniquely designed, combining automatic and manual operations to manufacture relays in a highly efficient and economical manner. The automatic production & test equipment are also designed and built by Song chuan in Taiwan. We spend millions of dollars each year to improve, upgrade & expand our production facilities.

Song Chuan is QS9000 & ISO9002/14000 certified, and their quality improvement plan requires better quality performance each year. Our automated relay testers for in-line and QA inspection have helped Song chuan to exceed these quality improvement goals.
